Dear non-members,
It is in YOUR best
interest to join with your fellow officers to make YOUR union
stronger. It is your responsibility and your right! It is also your
privilege to be a part of such a progressive organization. Union
pride is important. Solidarity is important. Non-members weaken
A.M.C.O. and when that person has a problem. They turn to the Union
for help!.
As a non-member, you will
not have a say in workplace decisions that affect you. Because you
are not a member, you cannot serve as a representative on any work
group, task force or teams appointed by the Bank.
In addition, as a
non-member, if you have a grievance which has to be settled in
arbitration, A.M.C.O. may not represent you depending on the
circumstances.
