Our collective power
as union members provides a strong voice. A.M.C.O. members must work
together to protect the contract (CA) and also to improve the
wages and benefits for every officers. Collective strength is
important as a union to improve working conditions, support each
other and insure fair treatment for every officers. |

formulate the Union's proposal for new and/or
future Collective Agreement (s). |
